No. Your initial consultation with SmileBound is done remotely via WhatsApp or video call. The clinic will review your photos and put together a treatment plan before you travel, so everything is confirmed in advance.
It depends on your treatment. Simple procedures like whitening or a few composite fillings can be done in a single trip of 2–3 days. More complex work like veneers or implants may require one or two trips. Your treatment plan will specify this clearly upfront.
SmileBound stays in contact after your treatment. If any issue arises, we liaise directly with the clinic on your behalf. Our partner clinics also provide guarantees on their work — details are confirmed in your treatment plan.
Absolutely — many patients bring a partner or friend. We can arrange accommodation and transfers for two, and Plovdiv is a wonderful city to explore while you're in treatment.
